摘要
The temperature dependence of the in-plane resistivity of Bi2Sr2CuOx single crystals with a superconducting critical temperature Tc3 K has been investigated. The observed linear temperature dependence in the resistivity at high temperatures saturates below 40 K towards a constant residual resistivity. Such a behavior can be described by the conventional Bloch-Grüneisen theory for the influence of electron-phonon scattering in the resistivity. © 1995 The American Physical Society.
