摘要
A thin film of C60 was deposited on heated glass by a vacuum evaporation technique and observed by transmission electron microscope. Because grains were highly oriented to [111]-directions for the glass surface, there were many [111]-tilt boundaries in the film. Misorientation of the grain boundaries was not randomly distributed but preferred and unstable orientations were found.
