摘要
A new method of internal standardization for capillary zone electrophoresis (CZE) is founded on the linear relation between each ion's effective volume injected and its inherent mobility. The use of two internal standards allows the analyst to establish this relation quantitatively for each sample and to correct the analyte concentrations for variations in each injection. The computational method given is simple, and we demonstrate that it can give reproducibilities for manual CZE hydrodynamic and electrostatic injections of under 1% relative standard deviation.
