摘要
Multilayered Co-Ni-W/Cu films with thicknesses of the magnetic layer d(CoNiW) Of approximately 1.0-20 nm and that of the nonmagnetic d(Cu) approximately 0.5-3 nm are investigated. It has been shown that their structure and texture are changing in a wider range compared with single layered films. This allows the additional possibility of varying the magnetic properties of hard magnetic Co-Ni-W films in a wider range.
