摘要
Photofabrication techniques were used to produce a Ni-Fe microelectrode array on Kapton film specifically designed for biological implantation. The probe is 2.5 .times. 2 mm and carries 4 tissue terminals, each 2 .mu.m in width. Both spontaneous and evoked potentials have been recorded from frog sciatic nerve. Developmental possibilities for the probe are fully discussed.
