摘要
Ultrathin films of Mg0 (5–300 A) were grown epitaxially onto 150-A-thick Fe(001) seed layers on Mg0(001) at 700 K using electron beam deposition. Reflection high-energy and low-energy electron diffraction and x-ray photoelectron diffraction show that the films have good crystalline quality that improves with thickness. © 1995, American Vacuum Society.
