石榴叶化学成分及其对肝药酶活性影响的研究

摘要
现代药学研究表明,石榴叶具有抗氧化、调血脂、降血糖等多种药理活性。我国石榴特产丰富,石榴叶资源利用的前景广阔。本论文对石榴叶进行了化学成分研究。从中共分离鉴定了7个化合物,其中两个化合物(短叶苏木酚酸乙酯和没食子酸乙酯)为首次在石榴叶中发现。本文还对石榴叶提取物以及主要化学成分进行了体外肝药酶CYP3A4和CYP2E1活性的实验研究。从中发现石榴叶及其主要化学成分对CYP3A4活性没有明显的抑制作用,但是对CYP2E1均表现出了明显的抑制作用。各化学成分是石榴叶抑制CYP2E1的活性成分。 上述工作,对于深入认识石榴叶化学组成及其药物代谢奠定的实验基础。具有重要的理论和实际意义。
