基于信号处理的牵引逆变器系统故障诊断算法研究

摘要
高速铁路作为国家的重大发展战略,对我国经济发展以及国际地位的提升有着极为重要的促进作用。牵引传动系统作为列车的动力之源,其可靠性与高速列车的行车安全息息相关。而牵引传动系统由于工作环境恶劣、工况复杂等原因,部分关键部件故障率较高,进而引起突发事故。因此,研究高速列车牵引传动系统的故障诊断技术对提升列车可靠性、降低维修成本具有重要意义。本文以两电平牵引逆变器系统为研究对象,针对牵引逆变器系统中的绝缘栅双极型晶体管(insulated gate bipolar transistor,IGBT)、电流传感器以及异步电机故障,研究了相应的故障诊断算法。首先简要介绍了牵引逆变器系统的工作原理,对IGBT开路故障(单管、双管)、电流传感器故障(开路、偏置、增益)以及异步电机故障(定子匝间短路)进行故障特征分析,并分析了不同类故障对整个系统电气量的影响。其次,针对IGBT和电流传感器故障类型众多,进而影响诊断精度的问题,研究了一种将信号处理与分类器相结合的故障诊断方法。首先,利用不同优化算法对变分模态分解(variational mode decomposition,VMD)的输入参数进行自适应选择;利用优化VMD分解对定子电流进行频段分离,对其中的虚假分量进行滤除;依据定子电流信号的概率熵值与时域特征量在不同故障间的差异提取故障特征,并采用优化的极限学习机进行故障辨识;最后,利用仿真数据验证了所研究故障诊断算法的可行性。再次,针对轻载条件下定子匝间短路故障特征微弱而引起的辨识困难的问题,基于牵引逆变器的直流侧电流信号,研究了一种多重信号分解与重构的故障诊断方法。首先,推导了定子匝间短路故障时直流侧电流的故障特征频率,并利用仿真数据验证了所研究的诊断算法能实现对故障特征频率的有效提取。最后,利用硬件在环测试平台进行数据采集,对所研究诊断算法的诊断效果进行验证。结果表明,所研究方法能够实现对IGBT开路、电流传感器以及定子匝间短路故障的精确诊断。
