摘要
A direct quantitative method for the determination of phytate in foods, using phosphorus-31 Fourier transform nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy, has been substantitally modified to improve its convenience and accuracy and eliminate interference from paramagnetic ions. An ion chromatographic method for phytate has also been employed, and good agreement was obtained between the two procedures.
