摘要：

内皮细胞型一氧化氮合酶基因是动脉粥样硬化性血管病的易感基因,该基因的多态性与颈动脉粥样硬化斑块、缺血性卒中、心血管病、高血压病以及糖尿病肾病等血管性疾病的发生和发展有一定的相关性。
