功能性低聚糖及其制造概要

摘要
对几种重要的功能性低聚糖如异麦芽低聚糖、低聚果糖、大豆低聚糖、低聚半乳糖等的功能、性质及其制造方法概要作了介绍。一些难消化性的低聚糖,由于双歧杆菌生长促进作用,日益受到人们重视。从微生态学观点来看,摄取双歧因子,调动人体大肠中自身固有的双歧杆菌的旺盛繁殖以提高机体的免疫力,要比食用活菌制剂更有意义。
