陈皮中川陈皮素的提取分离及改性

摘要
以陈皮中川陈皮素的提取、分离纯化以及改性为目的,采用无水乙醇浸提陈皮得浸膏,以氯仿为萃取剂萃取浸膏,得到多甲氧基黄酮混合物,再以硅胶为吸附剂、乙酸乙酯和石油醚的混合液为洗脱剂,采用柱色谱法分离多甲氧基黄酮化合物,经高效液相色谱和气相色谱-质谱检测并与标准品对比,最终确证得到川陈皮素纯品。研究从川陈皮素到5-去甲基川陈皮素的合成路线,优化了改性条件,在浓盐酸与无水乙醇体积比为1∶9条件下,将川陈皮素加热回流反应24 h,可以得到纯度大于97%的5-去甲基川陈皮素。
