我国消费者对奶粉产地偏好研究——基于选择实验和显示偏好数据的对比分析

摘要：

本文采用选择实验方法,在1362个调查样本的基础上基于多元Logit和随机参数Logit模型分析了北京市和西安市消费者对奶粉产地属性的偏好。结果显示,"产地标签"是消费者购买奶粉时最重视的标签,消费者普遍更加偏好"原装进口"奶粉。两市消费者对进口奶粉的平均支付溢价分别为150元/桶和161元/桶,相对于奶粉的实际购买价格,分别高出了65.41%和77.38%。选择实验方法存在假想偏差,消费者对不同奶粉标签的支付意愿被系统性地高估。但不同奶粉标签的相对重要性在选择实验与显示偏好模型中具有一致性。此外,消费者对不同奶粉标签的偏好存在相关性,其中,原装进口标签与有机认证标签存在替代关系。
