胃肠道疾病老年住院患者衰弱现况及影响因素研究

摘要：

目的了解胃肠道疾病老年住院患者衰弱的发生状况,分析其影响因素。方法采用方便抽样的方法选取普通外科收治的134例胃肠道疾病老年住院患者,使用自行设计调查表收集患者的一般资料及疾病相关信息,使用Fried衰弱表型评估方法对患者进行衰弱评估,并采用基于最大似然法的logistic回归分析其影响因素。结果在胃肠道疾病老年住院患者中,衰弱患者占29.1%;Logistic回归结果显示年龄、日常生活活动能力得分、血红蛋白浓度是衰弱的主要影响因素(P<0.05),衰弱与年龄呈正相关,与日常生活活动能力和血红蛋白浓度呈负相关。结论胃肠道疾病老年住院患者衰弱的患病率较高,年龄、日常生活活动能力得分、血红蛋白浓度是其衰弱的主要影响因素。因此对胃肠道疾病老年住院患者尤其年长、日常生活活动能力较低、血红蛋白浓度较低者应采取相应措施,以减少其衰弱的发生。
