苦荞黄酮类化合物的提取

Abstarc:Flavonoid(vitamin P)has the strong ability of anti-oxidize.Can not only it well keep the wall of blood vessel pliant,but also can increase the activity of the red cell,make its ability of carrying oxygen and metabolizing improved.Some flavonodds are able to controll the cohere among the blood platelet,which is particularly important to keep the blood circulation unimpeded.In addition,the flavonoid can be used to change the brittleness of the blood capillary and cure various disease caused by fungus.The roots,stalks,leaves,flowers and seeds of the buckwheat(Folygonaceae)are all abundant in the flavonoid compounds.In this article,we extract the flavonoids from the crusts of buckwheat seeds in different ways,and compare and evaluate the extraction result of varies flavonoids,so that we can make best use of flavonoids in buckwheats.
