摘要
MicroRNA(miRNA)是一类对基因具有调控功能的内源性非编码小分子RNA,通过与靶mRNA的3′端非编码区序列特异结合对靶基因进行转录后水平的调控。细胞核转录因子Kappa B(Nuclear factor kappaB,NF-κB)是一种重要的核内转录因子,活化后能与某些基因上启动子区域的固定核苷酸序列结合而启动基因转录,参与胃癌的浸润及转移。近年来研究发现,miRNA不仅可通过调控下游靶基因NF-κB的表达参与肿瘤的侵袭和转移,其自身也受到NF-κB转录因子的调控。本文主要综述了microRNA与NF-κB在胃癌中的表达,以及它们通过相互调控基因的表达来影响胃癌细胞的侵袭和转移。
