摘要
骨桥蛋白(osteopomtin, OPN)是一种广泛分布的O-糖基化磷酸蛋白, 又被称为分泌性磷蛋白1, 骨涎蛋白1, Eta-1等, 可以在如上皮, 肾, 骨和牙齿等的各种组织中表达, 也可以在包括血液和母乳在内的所有体液中检测出。OPN在如细胞粘附和迁移、血管生成、免疫、神经发育和肿瘤转移等许多生理和病理过程中起作用。
