摘要：

<正>目前认为高血压、糖尿病、肥胖、脂代谢异常、动脉粥样硬化等是脑血管疾病发生的主要危险因素〔1〕。过氧化物酶体增殖物激活受体(PPAR)γ是一种与代谢调节相关的配体激活核受体转录因子,具有多种生物效应,在血压调节、糖脂代谢、能量代谢、炎症、细胞生长和分化等过程中具有关键调节作用。本研究探讨急性脑梗死患者PPARγ与血糖、血脂、血压及动脉粥样硬化程度之间的关系。
