市场导向均衡对制造型企业产品创新绩效影响的实证研究

摘要
本研究创新性地将组织均衡理论范式引入到市场导向的研究领域,首先界定了市场导向均衡的两个维度即匹配均衡和联合均衡的含义,然后实证考察了市场导向的两种均衡及其交互作用对产品创新绩效的影响,以及环境变动对上述影响的调节作用。基于227家我国制造型企业的问卷调查研究结果表明:(1)市场导向的匹配均衡对产品创新绩效有正向影响;(2)单独分析时市场导向联合均衡对产品创新绩效有显著正效应,控制匹配均衡的水平后该效应为边际显著;(3)同时实现市场导向的匹配均衡和联合均衡能改善产品创新绩效;(4)环境动态性对市场导向均衡的两个维度与产品创新绩效之间的关系有显著的正向调节作用。研究结果对组织均衡、市场导向以及产品创新理论和实践具有重要的启示意义。
