摘要
教师专业身份是教学专业的核心。持续的教育变革改变了教师的生存状态和意义感受,也要求教师专业身份进行相应的建构。教师专业身份的建构既包括社会和文化制度的要求,也关涉教师个人的教学理念和专业承诺,体现了个人与社会、工具和本体价值的统一。
