摘要
乙酰胆碱水平降低或活性异常是阿尔茨海默病发生的主要原因,通过抑制乙酰胆碱酯酶的活性,提高乙酰胆碱水平可以治疗阿尔茨海默病。因此乙酰胆碱酯酶抑制剂成为目前治疗阿尔茨海默病最有效的方法之一。近年来,从天然产物及其衍生物中筛选中药抑制剂备受关注。文章综述了近年来重组人乙酰胆碱酯酶及其中药抑制剂的研究现状。
