<正>偏侧忽略(unilateral neglect,UN)是右侧半球损伤常出现的一组特征性的临床症状,其典型的症状表现为对来自于病灶对侧的各种刺激失去注意,是一种特殊类型的注意障碍[1]。约有1/3的卒中患者表现出忽略症状[2],它不仅常见且是导致残疾的神经学综合征。尽管在卒中后初期偏侧忽略症状可有部分恢复,但其中1/3的患者仍遗留较严重的日常活动能力(activities of daily living,ADL)下降,且康复效果差,因此需要研究有效的偏侧忽略治疗技术。近年来,学者们研究
