摘要
Stryker's reagent or phosphine-stabilized hexamer is the most commonly used copper hydride species. This crystalline red solid have characteristics such as mildness of the reaction conditions, functional group compatibility, and excellent overall efficiencies. With the availability of several sources of copper hydride, the focus of current CuH chemistry continues to be on catalytic asymmetric processes. Also included in the report are reductions and related reactions like reduction of enones, enoates and related Michael acceptors mediated or catalyzed by copper hydride.
