摘要：

Poly-substituted quinolines are readily prepared in excellent yields via a Friedlander reaction of o-aminoarylketone or o-aminoarylaldehyde with alpha-methylene ketones in the presence of BiCl3 under solvent-free and thermal heating conditions.
