摘要
Efficient mesoscopic CH3NH3PbI2Br perovskite solar cells have been prepared based on the TiO2/Al2O3/carbon architecture. An appreciable power conversion efficiency of 11.03% was achieved under AM 1.5G illumination. This system combines the superior stability of MAPbI(2)Br and no requirement of a hole conductor layer.
