摘要
Chromium hexacyanoferrate possesses an electrocatalytic property for the reduction of hydrogen peroxide at 0.0 V and this mixed-valence cluster can also be utilized as a matrix to immobilize enzyme onto the interface of a glucose biosensor. The electrochemical glucose biosensor possesses a linearity up to 4 mM (R=0.9994) with sensitivity of 3.793 mu A/mM per cm(2) The apparent Michaelis-Menten constant is 29.9 mM (calculated from the reciprocal plot) under a steady-state condition. The detection limit is 3.1x10(-6) M (SIN=3). There are two interferences observed at the detection of glucose such as ascorbic acid (1.48%) and cysteine (2.78%) in the presence of 5.5 mM glucose. However, no other interference was observed from the addition of other interference such as uric acid, acetaminophen, tyrosine and galactose. (C) 1999 Elsevier Science B.V. All rights reserved.
