Air-stable solutions for the low-temperature crystallization of strontium bismuth tantalate ferroelectric films

摘要
novel chemical solution deposition method has been developed for the preparation of ferroelectric strontium bismuth tantalate (SBT) thin films. The chemical process is based on the synthesis of air-stable solutions. Ferroelectric been crystallized by rapid thermal processing at a low temperature (650 degreesC). These films are fatigue-free up to 10(10) cycles and retain their polarization up to 10(5) s.
