CO gas-sensing characteristics of SnO2 ceramics obtained by chemical precipitation and freeze-drying

摘要
The method based on precipitation and freeze-drying was used to produce extremely small grains of SnO2. To characterize of the powder, we used the photoacoustic technique and X-ray diffraction. Samples with different compacting pressures were produced and their sensitivity to CO gas was reported. (C) 2001 Elsevier Science B.V. All rights reserved.
