摘要：

Synthesis of novel methanophosphonate and methanophosphonic acid C-60 derivatives was achieved, and their cytotoxicity was studied. In particular, a bis-methanophosphonate C-60 derivative displayed photo-induced cytotoxicity on HeLa cells with IC50 value of 1.30 muM. (C) 2001 Elsevier Science Ltd. All rights reserved.
