摘要：

The chemical synthesis of naturally occurring phosphatidylinositol 3,4,5-trisphosphate [PtdIns(3,4,5)P-3] 2, in which the 1- and 2-hydroxy functions of the glycerol moiety are esterified with stearic and arachidonic acid, respectively, is described. The synthesis of three diastereoisomers 41, 42 and 43 of PtdIns(3,4,5)P-3 is also reported.
