Morphology control of PbWO4 nano- and microcrystals via a simple, seedless, and high-yield wet chemical route

摘要
A new method for the morphology controlled hydrothermal synthesis of PbWO4 was discussed. The method does not involves templates, catalysts and seeds for the synthesis of nanocrystals and microcrystals. The study of the morphologies and microstructures of the prepared samples was also presented. The morphology and dimensions of the samples were found to be strongly dependent on the other reaction conditions.
