摘要
(Figure Presented) I saw the SAH: Clinically relevant concentrations of S-adenosyl homocysteine (SAH) can be rapidly detected using self-assembled diffraction gratings. SAH bound to antibody-conjugated (Ab) microbeads (see picture) and then incubated with a gold chip functionalized with SAH-specific aptamer in alternating line patterns produces gratings that are detected by optical diffraction intensity measurements (detection limit: 64 pmol L -1). © 2008 Wiley-VCH Verlag GmbH & Co.
