摘要
Extraction and antioxidant activities of polysaccharide from cushaw were studied. The crude polysaccharide was extracted with the hot-water. It proved that the CaCl2 method was very suitable for deproteinization to cushaw polysaccharide. The cushaw polysaccharide contained alpha/beta glycosidic bonds. Moreover, it proved that the cushaw polysaccharide exhibited better antioxidant activities. (C) 2018 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
