摘要
This paper describes the development of electrolessly deposited Fe-P films for use in soft magnetic devices. A practical plating solution using hypophosphite as a reducing agent, and three complexing agents, namely sodium tartrate, sodium citrate, and ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid (EDTA) has been developed The microstructure of deposited films is found to be nano-crystalline.
