摘要
Ferromagnetism is found in the CdGeAs2 chalcopyrite doped by Mn. The Curie point of these materials achieves 355K that is the highest one in A(II)B(IV)C(2)(v):Mn systems. These systems are heterogeneous magnets and they consist of ferromagnetic and superparamagnetic phases. The volume of the first phase increases with a level of doping. An origin of ferromagnetism in CdGeAs2:Mn can be related to the existence of vacancies in (Cd, V-C, Mn) GeAs2 or nonstoichiometry of (Cd, Ge, Mn) GeAs2. (c) 2004 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
