摘要
Magnetic properties of polycrystalline Co-doped ZnO were investigated. Zn1-xCoxO samples with x < 0.2 remained paramagnetic down to 2 K, and no sign of ferromagnetism was observed. The high-temperature susceptibility data followed the Curie-Weiss law with negative Weiss temperatures. The antiferromagnetic coupling constant extracted was J/k(B) approximate to -40 K. For a sample with larger x (similar to0.25) a spin glass transition was observed. (C) 2003 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
