摘要：

Operation of photonic crystal lasers for substrate temperatures as high as 50degreesC is reported. The temperature dependence of the lasing wavelength and the threshold pump power is also investigated. The characteristic temperature T-o is 37.7 K. (C) 2002 American Institute of Physics.
