摘要
Resolving the distance: Rectangular DNA origami labeled with fluqrophres at specific positions has been used as a nanoscopic ruler. Super-resolution microscppy based on the subsequent localization of single molecules enables two fluoropheres at a distance of about 90 nm to be optically resolved. This combination of subdiffraction imaging and DNA nano technology opens up new avenues for studying name structure and then © 2009 Wiley-VCH Verlag GmbH & Co. KGaA.
