摘要
Accumulating evidence has recognized phospholipase D (PLD) as an important element in signal transduction of cell responses, including proliferation and differentiation, However, its role in pro-apoptotic, anti-apoptotic or pro-survival signaling is not well-understood. Involvement of PLD in these signaling mechanisms is considered to differ depending on the cell type and the extracellular stimulus. (C) 2002 Elsevier Science B.V. All rights reserved.
