Self-assembly of one-dimensional coordination polymer from nickel(II) macrocyclic complex and 2,6-pyridinedicarboxylate ligand

摘要
The reaction of [Ni(L)(H2O)(2)]Cl-2 (L = 2,5,9,12-tetramethyl-1,4,8,1 1-tetraazacyclotetradecane) with 2,6-pyridinedicarboxylate (pdc) generates one-dimensional coordination polymer [Ni(L) (pdc)] . H2O (1). In the polymeric framework, the nickel(II) ion has an octahedral geometry and is bridged by two pdc ligands. The magnetic susceptibility measurement for 1 exhibits a weak antifer-romagnetic interaction (J = -1.04(3) cm(-1); H = -JSigmaS(i) . Si+1) between the S = I nickel(II) paramagnetic centers.
