摘要
A carbon-supported platinum catalyst, prepared by the impregnation method followed by reduction under hydrogen, is highly reusable in the hydrogen-transfer reduction of aromatic ketones, using 2-propanol as the hydrogen donor. Up to six different aromatic ketones can be effectively reduced using the same catalyst sample. © 2009 Wiley-VCH Verlag GmbH& Co. KGaA, Weinheim.
