摘要
The transfer mechanism between the first excited singlet state S-1 and the lowest, metastable triplet state T-1 of the complex, pseudodonor S-Cu defect in silicon is shown to be determined by the hyperfine interaction between the electron and the hole making up the pseudodonor states and the nuclear spin of the copper atom involved in the defect. It is suggested that this model can explain similar observations in related pseudodonor-type defects.
