摘要：
A new method for determining the nonlinear response of pressure gauges without an additional gauge is discussed. The ratio of the initial to the final pressure readings obtained from the expansion of helium from a given vessel into another vessel changes with pressure because of the nonlinear characteristics of the pressure gauge. The nonlinear parameters are numerically evaluated and the nonlinear responses of three types of diaphragm gauges are determined.
