摘要
A pseudosuperlattice consisting of oxidized aluminium/aluminium and aluminium nitrate/organic molecule was fabricated. The structure was characterized by combining a variety of experimental analyses which has previously been described. Aluminium was deposited in vacuum on a Langmuir-Blodgett (LB) monolayer of the octadecyl derivative of merocyanine dye; the aluminium layer surface was then oxidized in dry air. The useful application of physical and chemical principles during the fabrication process led to the above results even when inexpensive apparatus including a hand-made LB deposition system and a common vacuum evaporator were used. The two-dimensional structure of organic and inorganic materials fabricated could stimulate materials science based on the interaction between pi and free electrons.
