摘要
Atomic structures were studied using LEED on Si(113) surfaces prepared by ion bombardment and annealing at about 800 ° C.A 1 × 1 unreconstructed pattern was first observed at high temperatures ( > 600 ° C). With the decrease of temperature we found that the surface structure changed from the 1 × 1 through 3 × 1 to the final 3 × 2 superstructure. © 1990.
