摘要
A plate diffusion assay for quantitative determination of roquefortine with Bacillus stearothermophilus as test organism was developed. With this assay concentrations of 25 μg/ml could still be measured. In comparison with a fluorescence method this test is less sensitive, but just as exact and much easier to apply, so that the biological assay can be considered as an additional determination. © 1979 J.
