摘要：

<正> 真实稳态自由进动序列最早由 Oppelt 等在1986年提出,由于当时技术条件的限制,不能有效地消除条带状伪影(banding artifact),使其应用受到限制。随着梯度线圈制造技术的飞速发展,切换率(slew rate)不断提高,真实稳态自由进动成像技术在诊断和功能成像中的应用逐渐增多,并且应用的范围也从原来的腹部、心脏拓展到了骨骼肌肉与神经
