参照群体对消费决策影响研究述评

摘要
参照群体对消费者的决策有着重要的影响,在中国的市场环境下进行相关研究更是有着极为重要的意义。本文对消费情境下参照群体对消费决策影响的相关研究进行了述评,分析了参照群体的概念、参照群体影响的维度和参照群体影响的调节因素,梳理了有关参照群体影响的实证研究,指出了现有研究的局限并对未来的研究方向进行了展望。
