摘要
High speed counter-current chromatography (HSCCC) is a kind of new efficient productive chromatographic technique based on continuous liquid-liquid partition, which had the unique feature of eliminating the irreversible adsorption by using liquid support and was wildly used in fields of Traditional Chinese medicine, biochemistry, food, Natural Product Chemistry, environment analysis, etc. In this paper, the application of High speed counter-current chromatography in separation and purification of known and unknown flavonoids was reviewed. The development of new HSCCC techniques and their application to the separation and purification of flavonoids and other compounds were also introduced.
