摘要
The phenomena of pulsed laser processing of organic and biological thin films materials was studied. Lasers were used to process a wide range of materials with significant control of quality and thickness. It was shown that the matrix assisted pulsed laser evaporation (MAPLE) and resonant infrared pulsed laser deposition (RIR-PLD) could produce high-quality films from carbohydrates.
